Google (G-Suite) is another service provider we use for file transfer and Cloud Data Backup. The data stored or archived is encrypted and can be access only through the Multifactor Authentication Key. Such access is granted only to the Spizzico Ristorante Pizzeria’ Administrators. G-Suite services offer encryption for data being transported and at rest with at least 128 Bit AES encryption.
We will also disclose personal information to the following recipients: subscription management services which are located in Canada (Spizzico Ristorante Pizzeria uses MailChimp; for example, we may ask you to provide certain Personal Information, such as your name, contact details, company name, profile information, in order to sign up for a free or paid account), security and fraud prevention services which are located in Canada, our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, financial advisers etc.) which are located in Canada, a third party, in order to enforce or defend our rights, or to address financial or reputational risks, a rights holder in relation to an allegation of intellectual property infringement or any other infringement.
